Originally from Philadelphia, Jessie now resides in sunny West Palm Beach. She is a Real Pilates–certified instructor who graduated from the Real Pilates Teacher Training Program in the fall of 2025. Her training was completed at Control Studios in Houston, Texas, where she developed a strong foundation in the classical Pilates method.
A lifelong mover, Jessie grew up dancing and was a member of the Philadelphia 76ers Junior Dance Team. That experience helped cultivate her deep appreciation for movement, body awareness, and athleticism—qualities she brings to every class she teaches.
